His passion for health care and great manual dexterity led him to a career in dentistry. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed an internship in an oral and maxillofacial surgery center, where he was exposed to a wide array of dental/medical complications and gained extensive training in dental implants and IV sedation.
In his spare time, Dr. Llerena enjoys photography and traveling with his wife Linda. They have visited over 35 US States and more than 25 countries. He is an animal lover and has two beautiful dogs, Rocky and Pixie.
